Sell Whisper AI is a Gorgias alternative for Shopify and WooCommerce stores that want an AI agent covering the storefront and every other support channel from one dashboard.

The Shopify integration, on Pro and above, connects with one-click OAuth and delivers the chat widget through a Theme App Extension. The agent searches products, checks inventory, manages the cart, and looks up orders and tracking for signed-in shoppers. It does not issue refunds or cancel orders, which Gorgias's AI Agent can. WooCommerce is supported on Pro and above through a free WordPress plugin, with product, cart and order lookups; Gorgias's own docs say its AI Agent is not supported on WooCommerce.

Beyond e-commerce, the same AI agent also covers WordPress, a help page and a hosted agent chat page on every plan, and WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Slack from Starter, all sharing one knowledge base. That helps stores that field support questions outside the Shopify or WooCommerce admin.
