Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime: the change applies immediately and is prorated. Only a cancellation waits for the end of the billing period.

Each plan has two monthly meters: credits, which each AI response uses (larger models use more), and conversations. The dashboard warns you as credits run low. When either meter runs out, your agent stops answering until your next billing period. Buy extra credits anytime, or upgrade for a larger allowance; an upgrade applies immediately.

We support 4 providers: Claude, ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Gemini, Grok (xAI). The Free plan runs Claude Haiku 5.5; from Starter you can pick any model from any of them for each agent.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3), and sensitive data is encrypted at rest (AES-256). Access is controlled by five roles with two-factor sign-in and audit logs. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled; reach out for specific enterprise requirements.
